Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 50,000 to 67,000

We are seeking two Project & Operations Improvement Managers to join the Products & Services Division, with one role in Operational Solutions and one in Strategic Implementation. Working closely with stakeholders across the division, these roles will strengthen project delivery and operational effectiveness through planning, governance, reporting and continuous improvement, helping to streamline processes and drive successful strategic and operational outcomes.

What will you do as a Project & Operations Improvement Manager?

Reporting to either the Head of Operational Solutions or the Strategic Implementation Manager, your accountabilities will include:

  • Project Delivery & Strategic Planning – Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of projects and improvement initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines and objectives are achieved.
  • Operational Improvement & Change – Drive process improvements, identify efficiencies and support the adoption of new tools, ways of working, and operational best practices.
  • Reporting, Insights & Governance – Produce high-quality reporting, maintain accurate data, monitor progress and support governance, risk and decision-making processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration – Build strong relationships across teams, facilitate effective communication and coordinate cross-functional contributions to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Training, Facilitation & Documentation – Support workshops, change activities, training needs analysis and the creation of clear documentation, status updates, and executive briefings.

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Essential:

  • Experience in project delivery, planning, governance and risk management.
  • Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement efficiencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and use data to support decision-making.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives and adopting new processes, tools, or ways of working.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of digital, workflow, or automation solutions that support operational improvement.
  • Experience designing or developing reporting and performance insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualification or certification in project management, business improvement or change management.
