As Operations Project Manager, you are a Subject matter expert in Business and Operational Excellence aiming to seek continuous improvement based on future market trends, industry’s best practices and business outlook. You will be responsible for s pearhead ing business critical operational projects that drive operational and network efficiency. You also be streamlining processes, ensuring efficiency and process compliance .
You Will Translate To Key Results Area
- Successfully deliver 95% of projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Achieve 10% efficiency improvement through completed projects annually.

What you’ll do (your mission)
- Plan and execute strategic operational projects align with the strategic road map of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives , and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Lead project review cadences to track progress and resolve roadblocks.
- Standardize project management frameworks and methodologies for operational setups and expansions.
- Prepare and present project performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support the deployment of operational excellence initiatives by integrating CI principles into projects.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree
- Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Professional Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in logistics or supply chain .
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge And Abilities
- Leadership Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools .
