The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are properly displayed, stocked, and maintained in assigned retail outlets. This role supports sales growth by implementing display strategies and maintaining good relationships with store personnel.
Role Definition & Summary Of Functions
- Replenish and arrange products on shelves based on planograms.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and expiration dates.
- Coordinate with store supervisors regarding display spaces and promotions.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of assigned display areas.
- Submit regular inventory and activity reports.

Minimum Formal Education Level Required
- High School / Senior High School graduate
Length And Type Of Relevant Experience Required
- Experience in RETAIL MERCHANDISING is an advantage.
Skills And Competencies Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic inventory and stock monitoring knowledge
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google applications.
