工作职责
1、做好客户工厂/现场的售后服务各方面工作。处理好客户技术咨询、客诉类问题，定期跟踪，并及时反馈；
2、增加客户满意度，具有良好的沟通能力和商务能力，维护好现场的商务关系；
3、定期参加部门培训，积极交流，做好数据收集，融入团队，团结同事，服从管理，学习产品知识，不断提升工作技能，紧跟公司发展步伐和业务扩展，全面熟练掌握公司各类产品知识，具有良好维修服务技术水平等；
4、搜集市场及竞争对手公司的产品、质量信息。及时完成售后服务报告、排查表、服务信息表，做好现场培训工作。
任职要求
1、教育水平：大专及以上学历，有3年以上机械类产品售后经验者优先；
2、专业能力：机械类相关专业优先，经验丰富的可放宽条件；
3、能力素质：能适应长期全国出差，吃苦耐劳。
