Job Overview

Our Australian client, a provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration solutions, is seeking an After‑Sales Technical Support Coordinator. This role is responsible for delivering technical after‑sales support for industrial water‑cooled chillers and refrigeration systems, handling technical inquiries, coordinating spare parts, and managing documentation in close collaboration with a Senior Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support Coordination: Respond to after-sales technical inquiries primarily via email and assist in resolving HVAC and refrigeration-related concerns
  • Spare Parts Processing: Handle spare parts quotation requests by reviewing technical requirements, part numbers, and system specifications
  • Documentation & Process Support: Assist in developing and documenting troubleshooting guides, workflows, and service processes to support scalable operations
  • Technical Learning & Review: Independently review product manuals, training modules, and technical materials to build system knowledge
  • Service Support Assistance: Support warranty and post‑warranty service coordination as needed


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical degree.
  • Experience: junior to mid-level professionals with relevant exposure to HVAC, refrigeration, chilled water, or mechanical systems.
  • Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including chilled water applications, and the ability to review technical documentation and support troubleshooting activities.
  • Soft Skills: Highly adaptable, coachable, logically minded, and receptive to feedback, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a structured remote role.
  • Language: Proficient in written English with clear, functional spoken communication skills.
