About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with HungerStation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably within the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and common office tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in communication or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and troubleshooting delivery issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy, patience, and a focus on ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to resolve delivery-related issues efficiently.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality and operational processes.
  • Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and new features to provide accurate information to customers.
