Plan and execute user engagement campaigns across multiple channels, including Push Notifications, SMS, Email, and In-App Messages.
Create engaging and localized marketing copy based on different user segments, lifecycle stages, and campaign objectives to improve user activation, retention, reactivation, and conversion.
Develop localized content aligned with Philippine culture, holidays, and trending topics to enhance user engagement.
Collaborate closely with Product, BI, Design, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
Support copywriting, translation, proofreading, campaign content management, and operational documentation.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize messaging, communication strategies, and user experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and contribute creative ideas to improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred, especially in Marketing, Communications, Languages, Business, or related fields. Candidates with outstanding relevant experience and capabilities will also be considered regardless of educational background.
Filipino Chinese candidates are highly preferred.
Fluent in Tagalog and English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of Philippine local culture, user behavior, and digital trends.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.
Creative, proactive, and passionate about user engagement and marketing communications.
Detail-oriented with strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of handling basic documentation and operational tasks.
Previous experience in CRM, user operations, internet companies, gaming, betting, fintech, or e-commerce is a plus.
