A Successful App Support Lead Should Have
- Proven experience leading Application Support, Service Delivery, or IT Operations teams.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated success managing critical incidents and driving service improvements.
- Strong understanding of ITIL service management principles.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in complex business environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance operational priorities while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
