Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and
delivery of AI-driven software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical
foundation, proven project management experience, and a passion for driving cross-
functional teams toward success in a fast-paced and innovation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution to delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, QA, AI research, product, and customer success.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Drive agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
- Manage scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Report project status, KPIs, and blockers to leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in project management within software/tech product companies.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience managing projects in AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise product environments.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).
- Technical background in software engineering or AI/ML is a strong plus.
- Experience working with platforms involving NLP, bots, messaging APIs, or enterprise SaaS.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications.
