Job Title: Supervisor, Facility
Location: Thang Long I IP, Thien Loc (Dong Anh - Daily Bus from Hanoi Center)
Reports to: Manager, FM & EHS
Supervises: Engineers/ Technicians

Primary Purpose
Oversee and organize facility maintenance to ensure reliable operation of all non‑process equipment and utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for utilities and facility systems (air compressors, chillers, HVAC, power station, water & wastewater treatment, fire protection, security, alarms, cameras, PA, telephone, etc.).
- Coordinate evacuation drills, facility checks, and required reporting.
- Supervise plant improvement and renovation projects.
- Work with local authorities on required training, reporting, and legal compliance.
- Support contractor evaluation and selection for outsourced maintenance.
- Contribute to EMS, CSR, RBA implementation and maintain documentation, standards, and work instructions.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members.
- Support achievement of plant quality, delivery, and safety goals.
- Ensure compliance with 7S, Kaizen, EHS, RBA, and asset protection requirements.
- Follow Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S Management System policies.
Qualifications
- Education
- Required: College degree
- Preferred: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience
- Required: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environments
- Skills
- Engineering and manufacturing process knowledge
- Ability to develop standards and work instructions
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and basic management skills
- Problem‑solving capability
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/design tools
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
