Job Description
- Lead and execute the company's long-term financial strategy in alignment with business growth and corporate objectives.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
- Establish and manage financial performance metrics, providing insights across business units, products, and customer segments.
- Own the annual budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes, ensuring financial discipline and agility.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and capital structure to support sustainable growth.
- Design and maintain a robust internal control, compliance, and enterprise risk management framework.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
- Take full accountability for consolidated financial statements, management reporting, and Board-level reporting.
- Represent the company in dealings with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and financial institutions.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organization, driving finance digitalization and process automation.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields; international education and professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are strong advantages.
- 5+ years of senior finance leadership experience (CFO or equivalent) within large-scale, reputable organizations, preferably in technology, digital services, or telecom sectors.
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, accounting, taxation, and risk management.
- Proven experience working closely with Boards, Executive Teams, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Fluent English with the ability to communicate effectively in executive and cross-border settings.
- Strategic, high-integrity leader with the capability to scale finance functions and drive digital transformation.
