Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance companies
Assist patients with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and general healthcare inquiries
Verify patient information, insurance details, and eligibility
Provide accurate information about services, coverage, and procedures
Document all interactions clearly in the system
Ensure patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA/healthcare compliance standards
Resolve concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when needed
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality performance metrics
