Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support management with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, ensuring timely follow-ups, and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders. This role may require occasional travel to Islamabad and the UAE for official meetings and company events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Google Calendar / Outlook Calendar for senior management.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders to ensure efficient time management.
- Follow up with management and stakeholders to confirm attendance and meeting preparedness.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including agenda, reminders, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled meetings and important deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to leadership.
- Be available to travel to Islamabad and the UAE when required for official meetings or company events.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate (Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Flexible and willing to travel when required.
- Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with online meeting tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Basic administrative or coordination experience (internship is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Travel Requirement:
- Candidate must be willing to travel to Islamabad and UAE occasionally for official meetings.
