We're Hiring: STR Virtual Assistant | Property Management

Are you tech-savvy, guest-obsessed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a talented STR Virtual Assistant to manage short-term rental properties for our US-based clients listed on top OTA platforms!
About the Role
This is not your typical CSR job. You'll be working directly with US clients managing their Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com properties handling everything from guest experience to listing performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing end-to-end guest communications inquiries, check-ins, issues, and follow-ups
Coordinating vendors cleaners, maintenance, and service providers between stays
Handling guest reviews and disputes professionally and promptly
Creating and optimizing listings to maximize visibility and bookings
Generating performance reports for clients on occupancy, revenue, and operations
What We're Looking For
Strong written English communication skills
Experience with OTA platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) is a plus
Highly organized with the ability to multitask
Comfortable working US time zones
Familiarity with property management tools (Hostaway, Guesty, etc.) is a bonus
What We Offer
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000/month
