As part of our business growth, the
Event Manager will play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive events roadmap over the next year. We are seeking a professional with deep market expertise, a strong vendor network, and solid industry relationships. This role is critical for ensuring consistent delivery, operational control, and measurable business impact across all event initiatives.
Responsibilities
- To plan, organize, and execute events like:
- 1) Industry roundtables
- 2) Press events 3)
- Exhibitions and trade shows
- 4) Branch openings
- 5) Festivals and large-scale brand activations
- 6)Support HR-led events
- Own timelines, budgets, vendors, and on-site execution
- Measure event impact and report on business KPIs (leads, partnerships, reach)
- Build event management processes, including workflows, vendor management, design alignment, and structured collaboration with business, PR, and brand teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event management or experiential marketing
- Proven track record of delivering multiple event formats end-to-end
- Strong vendor coordination skills
- Budget ownership and cost-efficiency mindset
- Experience in building customer journeys from offline touchpoints to digital services
- Self-driven, proactive, and execution-oriented
- Would be a strong plus: experience in music/TV/media industries
