As the Assistant Building Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of property in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our residential building.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervising and coordinating the activities of the property management, including maintenance, electricians, security, and administrative personnel
Conducting regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance or repair
Responding promptly to homeowner/tenant inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
Overseeing the collection of dues and other fees, and ensuring timely payments from the tenants
Preparing and maintaining detailed property records, including tenant information, maintenance logs, etc.
- Enforcing property rules and regulations to maintain the overall quality and appearance of the property
Preferably Registered Civil Engineer or related field
Minimum one (1) year of experience in property management or a related field
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and can work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with homeowners, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing building code or property management
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
