Were hiring a Japanese Language Program Coordinator
to take on a Program Head role at PJ Link Language Center in Makati, Philippines!
Location: Makati | Full-Time Employment Visa Sponsorship Available for Qualified Native Japanese Candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Nihongo (Beginner to Advanced)
- Lead and develop the Nihongo program and curriculum
- Mentor and manage Nihongo instructors.
- Plan teacher training and improve instructional quality
- Monitor and report learners progress.
- Oversee class scheduling and evaluations.
- Prepare for the final day of the program.
- Collaborate with management and support marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N2 holder 5+ years of teaching experience.
- Experienced in Irodori, Try!, or e-Try Proficient in Japanese and English (business-level)
- Strong leadership and classroom management skills
- Experience abroad or TOEIC 700+ is a plus for native speakers.
This is a Program Head role.
Note: The salary for this role is negotiable and will depend on the candidates years of relevant experience.
