TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (HYBRID | TAGUIG)

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot EV charger issues or escalate to manufacturers.
  • Communicate with customers and technicians via Five9 SoftPhone.
  • Track equipment performance and uptime; escalate as needed.
  • Follow up on open tickets with manufacturers, providers, and internal teams.
  • Achieve SLA targets for MTTA/MTTR, including urgent cases and VIP requests.
  • Engage in daily team stand-ups and collaborate effectively.
  • Consistently meet performance expectations and work objectives.
  • Work with internal and external teams to resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree, vocational training, or relevant certifications.
  • Fundamental understanding of electrical concepts (voltage, current, power).
  • Experience with wireless carriers, including troubleshooting, provisioning, and deactivation.
  • Experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPNs, and OSI layer troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts and hybrid schedules.
