TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (HYBRID | TAGUIG)
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot EV charger issues or escalate to manufacturers.
Communicate with customers and technicians via Five9 SoftPhone.
Track equipment performance and uptime; escalate as needed.
Follow up on open tickets with manufacturers, providers, and internal teams.
Achieve SLA targets for MTTA/MTTR, including urgent cases and VIP requests.
Engage in daily team stand-ups and collaborate effectively.
Consistently meet performance expectations and work objectives.
Work with internal and external teams to resolve tickets efficiently.
Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate/Bachelor’s degree, vocational training, or relevant certifications.
Fundamental understanding of electrical concepts (voltage, current, power).
Experience with wireless carriers, including troubleshooting, provisioning, and deactivation.
Experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPNs, and OSI layer troubleshooting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible to work shifts and hybrid schedules.
