The
HR Training and Development Officer is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee training and development programs. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee skills, performance, and productivity by identifying training needs, coordinating learning sessions, and assisting in the creation of instructional materials.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or its equivalent.
- At least 3-6 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection or Training and Organizational Development.
- Exposure in other facets of Human Resources is an advantage.
- Organized and excellent time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personable and able to interact with all levels of the organization.
