Structure ambiguous business problems into clear workstreams, plans, and execution roadmaps
Drive alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate execution
Identify leverage points to improve speed, efficiency, and business impact across initiatives
Own end-to-end delivery quality, ensuring initiatives translate into measurable organizational value

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years experience in strategy, consulting, or high-performance execution environments
Strong ability to think structurally and operate comfortably in ambiguity
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
High ownership mindset with strong bias for action and outcomes
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders
