Position Title : Zoho One Implementation Developer

Job Location: Onsite / Hybrid / Remote
Key Responsibilities:-
Implement, configure, and customize Zoho One applications including CRM, Books, Invoice, Payments, Payroll, Recruit, People, Creator, Contracts, and Sign.
Conduct workflow analysis and set up modules, fields, automation rules, and dashboards as per business requirements.
Build custom functions, scripts, and advanced automations within Zoho (Deluge).
Integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms, APIs, and internal tools.
Implement facial recognition solutions and integrate work-hours / time-tracking tools (Team Logger or similar) with Zoho.
Ensure smooth data flow between Zoho applications using Zoho Flow, APIs, and custom integrations.
Troubleshoot system issues, optimize processes, and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable system solutions.
Required Skills:-
2–5 years of experience in Zoho One implementation and customization.
Strong hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM, Books, Invoice, Payments, Payroll, Recruit, People, Creator, Contracts, and Sign.
Solid understanding of workflow automation, approvals, Deluge scripting, and custom module development.
Proven experience working with API-based 3rd-party integrations.
Experience implementing facial recognition integrations within Zoho.
Experience integrating team logger / work-hours tracking tools with Zoho applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex system workflows.
Good communication, requirement-gathering, and documentation skills.
