Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Success Coordinator. The Client Success Coordinator will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with dealership clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with DealerSmart's services. Responsibilities include monitoring client progress, addressing inquiries or concerns, collaborating with internal teams to execute client goals, and fostering exceptional customer experiences. Attention to detail and proactive communication are vital to this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities to ensure positive client outcomes
  • Effective Communication skills for liaising between clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Experience and addressing client needs
  • Advanced Organization Skills to manage multiple client accounts and priorities efficiently
  • Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or advertising is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
