Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Head in implementing sales plans and achieving sales targets for Bacolod-based projects
Support management of in-house sales teams and accredited brokers/agents
Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, and project take-up rates
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Coordinate with Marketing for project launches, site events, promos, and sales activities
Conduct sales meetings, broker briefings, and product orientations
Assist in handling client negotiations and escalated concerns
Ensure compliance with company sales policies, documentation, and procedures

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales
Supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage
Familiarity with the Bacolod / Negros Occidental real estate market is preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Licensed Real Estate Broker or Salesperson is an advantage
