Supports Human Resources Department through scheduling and conducting timekeeping orientation, benefit administration, maintaining records and information
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least 1 year of working experience specialized in Human Resources or equivalent is required for this position but Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Job Specificiation And Work Experience
- Checking and Processing of Attendance / DTRs and Timekeeping Request of all employees.
- Gathering, Encoding and Uploading of employees Manual Timekeeping Forms per cut off if needed. (Overtime, Change Work Schedule, Change Day Off etc.)
- Administers semi-monthly payroll to ensure that employees are compensated properly.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed correct and efficient.
- Handles inquiries or questions regarding Payroll discrepancies.
- To prepare reports relevant to employee attendance.
- Processing the Final Pay of all Separated Employees
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
