Developing detailed project schedules, including identifying all project phases and predicting the time required to complete each one
Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather information for schedule development
Updating and adjusting of schedules based on project changes and delays
Monitor the progress of construction activities and compare this with the project schedule
Identify and report potential risks and delays, and assist in developing contingency plans to address them
Prepare reports on project progress and schedule status for project managers and other stakeholders
Use project management software to assist in managing and tracking schedules
Ensure that all project activities are carried out in compliance with legal and safety standards
Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling input and advice.
