Prepares bid packages and communicate with subcontractors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Negotiate with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
Manage procurement documentation and contribute to process optimization.
Graduate of Civil Engineer and other similar courses
Experience working in construction is prefer but not required
Willing to work on-site
Can start ASAP
