Oversee supply chain processes, manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate documentation.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support hotel operations and service standards.
Source and negotiate with vendors for hospitality-specific goods.
Monitor inventory levels across departments and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to forecast needs and manage purchase orders.
Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics and delivery services.
Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, deliveries, and inventory movements.
Support budget planning by providing cost analysis and procurement reports.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations or management.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, inventory management, documentation, leadership, teamwork, and computer literacy.
Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to suppliers and warehouses.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, problem solver, adaptable, and capable of leading a diverse team.
