Job Summary
The
Marketing Assistant provides day-to-day support to the marketing team in implementing campaigns and promotional activities for
ORO Socks and
OMG Cosmetics. This role contributes to brand awareness, sales support, and customer engagement both online and offline. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and passionate about branding and product promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for ORO and OMG product lines
- Create and post content across various social media platforms
- Help coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies for campaign materials
- Monitor online shop listings and coordinate promotions with the e-commerce team
- Track campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing reports
- Support the preparation of marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, posters, giveaways)
- Coordinate in-store promotions, trade fairs, and brand activations
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Maintain updated product catalogs, price lists, and brand documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related course
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing, social media platforms, and basic content creation
- Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, or basic photo/video editing software
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and proactive in completing tasks
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be willing to work on-site in Baesa, Caloocan City
