Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor for a Telco / Telco Sales account. The role involves managing daily operations, supervising a team of agents, ensuring service excellence, and improving processes.
This is a customer servicefocused role (not sales incentive-based).
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of CSRs
- Oversee daily operations and short-term activities
- Handle escalations and complex customer concerns
- Drive process improvements and team performance
- Ensure quality service delivery (voice/chat support)
Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- 13 years BPO experience (Telco / Telco Sales)
- 13 years experience as Supervisor / Team Leader / Ops Supervisor
- Strong leadership and operational decision-making skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati (GY shift)
