Job Description

  • Updating and maintaining employee records, including personal information, employment history, and attendance data
  • Assisting with the processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related transactions
  • Maintaining and organizing HR files and documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies and regulations
  • Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Must be a resident or based in Valenzuela City or nearby cities
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 13 years of experience in HR or related functions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
