Experience We Value

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop and optimize cloud data architectures using Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).
• Lead data integration projects, system migrations, and implementation of new data systems.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across systems.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business teams to deliver insights.
• Implement data governance, security, and best practices.

Skills & Experience Our Clients Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).
• Proven experience in data integration, migration projects, and implementing new systems.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or PySpark.
• Experience in data modeling and ETL frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of big data tools (Databricks, Spark).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
