Responsibilities
- Supervise logistics across live animal transport, slaughterhouse, and cold storage operations.
- Ensure product quality, cold chain integrity, FIFO compliance, and full traceability.
- Enforce SOPs, biosecurity, food safety standards, and animal handling requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, and performance tracking (IARTS, SCAR).
- Build and manage partnerships with trucking, cold storage, and slaughterhouse providers.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles, facilities, equipment, and personnel for compliance.
- Address delivery issues, customer concerns, and maintain professional service standards.
- Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, documentation, and mock recall records.
- Support and participate in compliance, biosecurity, and operational training programs.
- Uphold company values, Code of Conduct, and promote integrity and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field.
- Valid professional driver’s license.
- At least 2 years of logistics experience, preferably in swine, meat processing, or FMCG.
- Knowledge of slaughterhouse operations, cold storage, and swine transport.
- Familiar with Kaizen, IARTS, SCAR, and 5S methodologies.
- Skilled in documentation, reporting, and traceability systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends when needed.
- Strong alignment with company values and ethical standards.
- Willing to undergo training in Cebu and accept assignments in South Luzon.
