Primary Skills
Administer and manage Informatica IDMC environments across DEV TEST and PROD
Handle user access roles security and connectivity configurations
Monitor platform performance availability and usage address admin level issues
Manage IDMC upgrades patches and environment refresh activities
Support deployment scheduling and operational readiness of IDMC services
Coordinate with Informatica support and internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain documentation compliance and governance standards for IDMC platforms
Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other team members
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the issue and ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IDMC
Secondary Skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Informatica Cloud IDMC
Knowledge of data governance and data stewardship principles
Good knowledge of Informatica SaaS MDM solutions and their integration with onpremises systems
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills experience working with crossfunctional teams
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
