About The Role

We're looking for AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against real standards of safety, fairness, and ethical alignment — helping ensure that AI reflects the values that matter most to people.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong analytical instincts and a genuine interest in ethics, policy, or responsible technology. No AI background required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness
- Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or misaligned with policy guidelines
- Write clear, structured feedback on policy-related issues and flag edge cases for review
- Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively
- Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible AI
- A clear and concise written communicator who can articulate reasoning well
- Detail-oriented and consistent — able to apply guidelines systematically across varied content
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required
Nice to Have
- Background in philosophy, law, journalism, social sciences, or public policy
- Experience with content moderation, editorial review, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
- Interest in emerging technology and its societal impact
