As an Account Associate, you will assist in managing client accounts, coordinating online survey projects, and helping achieve business growth objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop strong client relations and professional communication skills in a global work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Account Management and Business Development teams in day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to prepare project proposals and bids.
Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of client requirements.
Conduct market research to identify potential client opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and KPI updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least one (1) year of work experience (sales experience not required).
Sales-driven mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
Willing to work on a night shift (8:00 PM–12:00 MN start), Monday to Friday.
Open to a hybrid work arrangement after the onboarding period.
