Content Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders across assigned brands.
- Translate client briefs into clear creative direction for designers, copywriters, and production teams.
- Manage timelines, WIPs, and internal resource coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Review creative outputs to ensure they align with the brand guidelines, brief, and platform best practices.
- Maintain clear documentation of feedback loops, approvals, and version control across campaigns.
- Raise potential risks or blockers early and propose solutions to keep projects moving.
Experience Needed
A successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team member with the following profile:
- 0–2 years experience in account management, ideally in a creative or eCommerce setting. Fresh grads are welcome.
- Strong understanding of content production workflows and digital campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience in managing influencers, affiliates, or creators is a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, project management tools and asset tracking systems is a plus.
