What this role actually is:

You own the search from the moment a role is briefed to the moment a candidate signs and shows up. You're the recruiter, the sourcer, the researcher, the relationship manager, and the closer — all at once. You don't wait to be told what to do next. You figure it out, and you move.

You are deeply independent

  • You don't need a manager hovering. Give you a brief and a platform and you'll figure the rest out.
  • You're comfortable in ambiguity — you've worked in environments where the playbook didn't exist yet and you wrote it yourself.
  • You escalate when it matters, but you've already tried three things before you ask for help.

You read people exceptionally well

  • You pick up on what candidates aren't saying — hesitation, competing offers, misaligned expectations — before it becomes a problem.
  • You know how to keep a passive candidate warm without being pushy, and how to close a motivated one without being desperate.
  • You build relationships that outlast the placement — candidates remember you, and come back.

You communicate like a professional, always

  • You never drop the ball on a follow-up. Every candidate gets a response. Every stakeholder stays informed.
  • Your written communication is sharp, clear, and calibrated — you write differently to a CTO than to a fresh grad.
  • You are organised to the point where nothing slips through the cracks, even when you're running multiple searches simultaneously.

You are genuinely AI-native

  • ChatGPT and Claude are starting points, not the whole story — you've built or used AI-led workflows that actually saved you hours.
  • You think about how to use AI to scale your output without losing the human touch that makes great recruiting great.
  • You stay curious about new tools and you're not afraid to experiment — you know that the recruiter who uses AI well is going to outperform the one who doesn't.


REQUIREMENTS

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 2-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of closing roles end-to-end — not just sourcing or screening in isolation
  • Experience working in a fast-growing recruitment agency or a startup environment where high autonomy was the norm
  • Comfortable working across industries — with a strong focus on tech, product, GTM, and customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously without dropping quality
  • Experience in offer management and salary negotiation — you've had tough conversations and closed them well
  • Track record of managing candidate and client relationships with professionalism and care
  • Exposure to outbound recruiting — you know how to find and engage passive talent, not just process inbound applications

  • AI fluency: You actively use AI tools in your recruiting workflow. You can speak to how and where.
  • Full-cycle ownership: You have done it all — sourcing to signed offer — not just part of it.

  • Communication excellence: Immaculate written and verbal communication. No dropped balls.
  • Philippines-based: Must be based in the Philippines and able to work within Asia Pacific timezone coverage


Expected Responsibilities

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end recruitment across assigned roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating, offering, and closing
  • Role research and market mapping before every search — understanding the talent landscape, salary benchmarks, and where the best candidates are hiding
  • Candidate pipeline management on Levit8 Recruit OS — keeping every stage updated, every candidate communicated with, and every stakeholder in the loop
  • Outbound sourcing campaigns — building and executing multi-channel outreach using AI-powered tools and engagement tracking
  • Structured candidate interviews and scorecards — evaluating for skills fit, cultural alignment, and role-specific competencies
  • Stakeholder management — briefing clients, managing expectations, presenting shortlists, and facilitating feedback loops with minimal friction
  • Offer management and negotiation — guiding both sides to a close and managing the critical period between offer and joining
  • Candidate experience — ensuring every candidate, hired or not, walks away with a positive impression of TruMatch
  • Contributing to workflow improvement — if you find a smarter way to do something, we want to hear it and build it into how we operate

AI-Led Initial Interview

An asynchronous AI-led interview that tests your thinking, approach to recruiting challenges, and communication style. Designed to be fair, structured, and free of scheduling friction

Virtual Interview Rounds (2-3)

A series of virtual interviews with the business head and/or CEO. Expect real conversations about real scenarios. One round may include a short practical assignment to test your approach to a live recruiting challenge.

Final Face-to-Face Round

A final in-person (or video) conversation before we make an offer. This is as much for you to evaluate us as it is for us to evaluate you.

Offer & Onboarding

We move fast on offers. Onboarding is structured, hands-on, and designed to get you placing candidates as quickly as possible.
