Uniskai, our AI-powered FinOps platform for cloud cost optimization, and
Kuberly, our platform engineering solution designed to streamline Kubernetes environments and developer workflows.
We’re looking for a
Finance Operations Assistant to join our growing team and support our financial and operational processes, working closely with our sales team and global partners such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day finance operations and internal coordination
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial tracking processes
- Work closely with the sales team on deal-related financial workflows
- Help prepare quotes, agreements, and financial documentation
- Maintain and update CRM and financial data systems
- Support partner-related financial processes with AWS, GCP, and Azure
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working with numbers, systems, and data
- Strong communication skills (Hebrew & English)
- Fast learner with a “can-do” attitude
- Previous experience in finance / operations / admin – an advantage (not required)
- Possibility for a part-time position
- Open to students and fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience
