Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Global Pricing & Quotations Specialist to support our procurement and commercial teams. This role is responsible for managing product inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with international suppliers to ensure competitive and up-to-date pricing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to product inquiries and quotation requests sourced from international suppliers
Coordinate directly with global suppliers to obtain pricing, product details, and lead times
Analyze pricing data to support business strategies and improve cost competitiveness
Maintain updated pricing records and ensure timely dissemination of information across departments
Monitor market trends and supplier pricing movements to keep the organization informed
Review and process daily quotation requests with accuracy and efficiency
Assist in handling warranty claims and support basic accounting-related tasks
Ensure proper documentation and compliance within the quotation process
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any 4-year course
Minimum of 2 years experience in pricing, procurement, or quotations-related roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
Solid understanding of quotation processes and documentation
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with international stakeholders and senior management
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
