🌟 We're Hiring: Client Services Coordinator! 🌟

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal Client Services Coordinator will work closely with our existing team members to support our customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and address incoming emails and phone calls in coordination with other customer service and tech support staff.
  • Manage and complete a variety of product-related projects and tasks.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by participating in testing before updates and new feature releases are launched.
  • Reporting issues.
  • Support business development ideas and activities.
  • Provide basic technical support to clients, including resetting passwords and assisting with account creation and management.
  • Utilize and maintain our customer support platform (Zendesk or similar) to track and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Be a utility player and assist with whatever tasks are required.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with websites / web applications and be computer savvy.
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office, use of technology and the internet; experience with Google Suite applications a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills - including the confidence to speak up and ask questions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as a team player.
  • Accountable-strong work ethic.
  • High energy and optimistic personality.
  • Committed to continuous improvement - you have a growth mindset and desire to learn within an ever-evolving role.
  • Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).
  • Basic understanding of user account administration and password reset procedures.
  • Amenable to working on a night shift schedule and flexible with fixed-term employment.
