Position Overview
The Data Entry Support is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records and databases. This role supports operational efficiency through systematic data validation and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and compare data from multiple sources to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Consolidate verified information into standardized master files and spreadsheets
- Examine supporting documents to resolve inconsistencies and missing data
- Identify recurring data issues and recommend process improvements
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field
- At least one (1) year of BPO experience handling international accounts
- Experience in back-office operations, document verification, or data processing
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
