• Process and coordinate details, ensuring seamless execution and sponsor satisfaction.
• Organize timelines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Follow-up with the NBD Director or other NBD team members when necessary, facilitating effective communication and relationship management.
• Develop and maintain a systematic filing system, ensuring easy retrieval of essential documents and information.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Serve as a point of escalation for data discrepancies, reporting issues, and process gaps.
• Support business development teams with administrative tasks.
• Review and validate contracts and reports prepared by team members.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting systems and dashboards.
• Organize timelines and follow-up with the NBD Director or other NBD team members.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team and the success of business operations
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin, or Virtual Assistant.
• Experience in administrative or assistant roles, showcasing competence and reliability.
• Knowledge of office equipment operations, clerical and administrative procedures, filing, record-keeping, data reporting, and analysis.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and other tools.
