Job Description
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set and manage clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and setting deadlines for the internal team
- Responsible for leading the team to achieve individual, team and company KPIs
- Daily, weekly, monthly and annual monitoring of team performance
- Daily and weekly reporting of the team productivity
- Production management and allocation of resources on projects
- Should be able to action identified areas for improvement
- Regularly review team members performance
- Regularly coach and mentor team members
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Support the Production Manager and perform management duties when the Production Manager is absent or out of office
- Assist with hiring processes and new team member training
- Regularly communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure completion of projects
- Implement company policies and execute disciplinary actions
Other Tasks
- Review and analyse KPI reports measuring productivity, utilization, quality and on-time delivery
- Ensure workflows and processes are implement and followed
- Participate in the CAR investigation
- Participate in client planning sessions and provide project management solutions if needed
- Grasps every opportunity to develop the business by team working and innovation
- Create positive work environment within the team
- Complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by the site management
