The Role:
The Technical Lead co-ordinates and coaches our software development team. You will be our go-to person for applying Agile methodologies to produce high-quality work. Duties include managing timelines, resolving problems, and providing effective guidance.
As the team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. This is a hands-on development role, so you will be expected to contribute to the development work in the team.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
