Major Deliverables

  • Managing the workflow of the Warehouse & Logistics Transactions
  • Accuracy and Timeliness of Required Reports.
  • Compliance to company Vision, Mission & Core Values.
  • Compliance on company policy & procedure

Hogs

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performs PLOC (Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling) for Warehouse & Logistics.
  • Performs EOD & WOR monitoring and data analyses.
  • Monitors and allocates truckers assignments and deliverables.
  • Monitors the day-to-day Operations output of assigned personnel.
  • Coordinates with team members on departments game plan.
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Performs weekly meeting to personnel.
  • Performs end to end communications to Farm, Sales, Inventory Analyst, Truckers & 3PL.
  • Ensure Procedures are followed by personnels & provide BCP (Business Continuity Plan) on any encountered issues.
  • Assists in fieldwork when necessary
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned on a temporary basis or permanently.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of Accountancy, Mathematics, or related fields
  • With at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, data management
  • Familiar with Accounting functions
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to drive 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles
  • Ability to achieve set deadlines and targets
  • Average communication and conversational skills
