About The Role
Wainbee Limited is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Experience Support professional to join our team in Saint-Georges. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, building hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies, and supporting store operations. You will also be responsible for warehouse functions, including inventory management, order processing, and ensuring the safe handling of goods. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills, enhance customer service capabilities, and contribute to a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
Candidates interested in this position should have a background in mechanical or technical education, with proven experience in hydraulics and/or pneumatics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. The candidate must demonstrate superior telephone manners, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. A customer service-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail are crucial. Physical ability to perform moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 40 lbs, is required. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
Store Operation & Customer Service:
- Greet walk-in customers professionally and create a welcoming environment.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their requirements.
- Build hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies utilizing provided tools, equipment, and training.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders and internal transfers efficiently.
- Maintain store stock levels and organize product displays to enhance accessibility and presentation.
- Ensure the store remains neat, inviting, and compliant with safety standards.
- Participate actively in development and training programs offered by the company and vendors.
- Provide accurate information to support departments such as Purchasing, Credit, and Technical Services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall store and operational functions.
Warehouse
- Adhere to safety guidelines for warehouse access and machinery operation.
- Receive, process, and report discrepancies in incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor goods in transit and report any misalignments or issues.
- Pack goods securely to ensure they arrive intact at the destination.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing supplies to meet operational needs.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse environment, including shelving, labeling, and cleanliness.
- Participate in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
