We are seeking a detail-oriented
QA/QC to oversee the quality standards of our powder coating operations.
Key Responsibilities Include But Is Not Limited To
- Inspect incoming materials before coating to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor surface preparation processes (cleaning, blasting, masking)
- Perform in-process and final inspection of powder-coated products
- Check coating thickness using appropriate measuring tools (e.g., thickness gauge)
- Conduct adhesion, curing, and finish quality tests
- Identify defects such as uneven coating, pinholes, orange peel, or contamination
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications
- Coordinate with production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for coating quality
- Ensure proper handling and storage of coated products to prevent damage
Other Task
- Inspections: Perform inspections on finished goods.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed QC logs
Qualifications
- College level or equivalent (With technical training is an advantage)
- Experience in quality assurance or powder coating inspection preferred
- Knowledge of powder coating processes and quality standards
- Familiarity with inspection tools and testing methods
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications

- With knowledge in metal and powder coating plant operations
