Job Responsibilities
Sales
- Prospect, identify, and convert potential corporate clients
- Understand clients insurance requirements and develop tailored product offerings
Sales Management
- Coordinate with senior management to deliver optimal insurance solutions
Business Development
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Competency Requirements
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in non-life insurance, at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
