At Aminu, we don’t just create skincare — we craft experiences that are clean, effective, and deeply sustainable. We’re looking for an R&D Associate who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty science to join our lab and help bring the future of skincare to life.
What Will Your Role Be
- Create and innovate skincare formulations true to Aminu’s clean, effective, and sustainable beauty philosophy.
- Conduct stability, compatibility, safety, and performance testing to ensure efficacy and regulatory compliance
- Prepare and maintain all technical documentation, including COAs, MSDS, dossiers, SOPs, and lab records.
- Address formulation and process challenges during lab, pilot, and bulk production runs.
- Partner with production and QC teams for smooth scale-up, packaging compatibility, and product consistency.
- Continuously research new actives, global happenings, and sustainable technologies to inspire future launches.
What We’re Looking For
A background in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in skincare / personal care formulation.
Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, safety testing, and regulatory frameworks.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
A curious mind that loves experimenting, learning, and solving problems.
Passion for sustainability and skincare innovation.

Interview Process
You will have 3 rounds of interview as well as an assignment round.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (we’re growing fast, and this rhythm helps us stay on pace)
Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
