Leadership's fine, but could be clearer
Pros: My direct team leads are usually super helpful. They offer solid technical guidance, which is great for a junior software engineer. Also, the remote work setup really gives me flexibility from Austin, TX.
Cons: Senior leadership sometimes seems pretty disconnected from day-to-day work. It's hard to understand big-picture strategic changes in this fast-paced startup environment. There isn't much direct feedback from higher-ups.
Advice to Management: Work on making communication clearer, especially about long-term company goals. More direct interaction from senior leaders would really help connect with employees across the organization.

Decent startup culture, but some growing pains
Pros: The startup energy is pretty cool here. Everyone's really collaborative, especially for a remote team. I've felt pretty supported as a Software Engineer.
Cons: Company culture sometimes feels a bit cliquey. It's tough to break into certain groups. Decision-making can be slow, making the overall flow feel a bit clunky.
Advice to Management: Try to actively foster inclusivity across all teams, not just the early hires. It's important to listen to what people are actually saying from the ground up.
